Welcome to the Herbalife Apparel Online Store (the "Store"). Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Store. Your use of our Store constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms (the "Terms").
We may from time to time change the Terms. Your use of our Store following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as changed.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
HERBALIFE APPAREL will only accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. Before an item can be returned or exchanged, you must obtain a RMA. Please send an email request to RMA@herbalifeapparels.com or call 800-449-6728. For a return or an exchange, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If we made an error in shipping your order or an item arrived damaged, we will gladly send the correct item or refund the full value including shipping cost, once we receive the original item back in our warehouse. We will also cover the return shipping cost.
If you return an item or items for a reason other than a defect or shipping error, there will be a $10.00 return fee for inspection, re-packaging, credit card return transaction, and volume points adjustment, if appropriate. We will issue a refund for the cost of the item(s), but not the cost for the shipping and handling as originally charged.
For USA exchanges, please include a check for $9.50 payable to Hands Services or your credit card information (we do not retain) to cover the shipping and handling to send the new item to you. Please email or call for the International exchange cost.
All items must be returned in the condition in which you received them. Please indicate in writing your reason for the return or exchange and include your original order number, name, address, phone number, and email address.

We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipping. For your own protection, you may want to include insurance with your return.
In the case that you want a refund for your returned item, once we receive the returned item, we will process the credit to your credit card within 7 to 10 days. You will receive an email notification that the credit was processed.
HERBALIFE APPAREL attempts to be as accurate as possible in its product descriptions. However, HERBALIFE APPAREL does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this Store is error-free. If a product offered by HERBALIFE APPAREL is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition. The prices displayed at the Store are quoted in U.S. Dollars.
Use of the Store is solely restricted to Herbalife employees and Herbalife distributors.
